Hello all, I'm a 19 year old guy, 2 tattoos, 0 ga ears, and my nipples pierced, and I am thinking about getting my belly button pierced. Not that you are gonna change what I think, but what do you think about male belly button piercing?

personally, i like it. yumm  haha, nah really tho, i think its sexy. i know lotsa people who don't agree, but to each his own. do what you want  if you get it done, you gotta post some pix (of your nipples, too) p.s. good luck, happy healing

Personally, i like them. Personally, i think any piercing on a guy is very sexy, but particularly this one as it's unusual on a bloke. And bizarrely, I think female-type things on a man piercings, hairstyles, dress sense) are really very sexy. But that's me and my odd little tastes.

One last question, does it hurt to lay on after its healed, like is it a bothersome?
Course my nipples dont hurt, but a bellybutton would stick like straight out as I want a cbr in it once its healed. I dunno, I dont want it to be a pain since I usually sleep on my stomach.

I've got a CBR in mine... love it. Loks nice and girlfriend finds it quite sexy (and fun to play with too.. muhahahahaha) SHe's got hers done too, and usually wears a curved jeweled and charmed bar.. looks sexy on her either way!

People always say that you can lay on it as long as it doesnt hurt but the truth is that when you get your navel pierced when you lay on it or sleep on it, it will end up bleeding. I know cause it happened to me.
And this is just my opinion, but navel piercing on guys are kinda feminine of course you may be terriblly sexy and it may look great on you. Its just my opinion.

What most people do not know is that some of the first people to wear navel rings were surfer GUYS...not chicks. I have a 14 g. banannabell in mine, and I prefer it over a CBR, however, I have friends who would disagree with me, and say that they prefer a CBR over a bannannabell because it is easier for them to clean, and it flops more to one side rather than "sticking out" ...(which makes no sense to me, because mine is completely comfortable, but whatever)
I think you should get whatever you think you can keep clean, and remember, you are not doomed to a life of liveing with whatever your origional choice is...it is changeable after a period of time, which is why I say pick the one you think you can best keep clean. As for sleeping on it...forget it. It hurts, and you will regret it. Learn to sleep on your side or your back or something.
