Got my navel pierced!! I'v been wanting this for like, ever now! I wanted to wait till I lost the weight, blah, blah, blah. Well, my best friend and I went to the beach Wed., and I needed to pick up a retainer for my eyebrow on the way home. Don't remember how navel piercings came up, but she's like, "you should get it done! It wil motivate you." So, when we got to the shop, she told the guy I wanted to get my navel pierced before I could even open my mouth. I'm just standing there, like, "uhhh, yeah, I need a retainer,t oo. The usual peircer wasn't there, it was this chick,Angie, who was really cool. So, I went for it.Yay!! It hurt, it's stiil sore, but it was worth it!

Woo hoo! Congrats on the piercing. I know everybody has one, but I love em anyway. I had mine back in 97, but I let it close up for the most part. I just had it tapered back open in June. Now I have all sorts of cute rings to wear in it.

Thanks guys! Can I use regular table salt for sss? I've been using H2Ocean, but I'd like to do soaks, and just use H2O for quick cleanings. the warm sss seem like they would be more soothing.

Congrats! And it's better to use sea salt because there are additives in table salt.
