ok, i just got a bit of bleeding in my naval when i had found and pulled out a hair strand that i guess got caught around the jewelry. when i pulled it out, suddenly my naval started bleeding (not much, just a drab), but i've read on this board that some bleeding is ok so long as it's not anything major.

so....i just wanted to make sure.

: )

It's okay. Just keep up the sea salt soaks twice daily.

You might want to do one now.

I would guess that when you pulled the hair out, the scab had adhered to it, or it was buried in the scab inside. By pulling the hair, you loosened the scab, and as the hair came out, it dragged a relatively rough object along the healing inner skin. As long as the blood isn't pouring out of the hole (squirt! squirt!), then I'd just relax.
