I would guess that when you pulled the hair out, the scab had adhered to it, or it was buried in the scab inside. By pulling the hair, you loosened the scab, and as the hair came out, it dragged a relatively rough object along the healing inner skin. As long as the blood isn't pouring out of the hole (squirt! squirt!), then I'd just relax.
