Will all 12g threaded balls fit onto any 12g shaft?

Will all captive beads fit into any captive ring?

I've found Hello Kitty picture disks that I can't find anywhere else and they only come in steel jewelry so I was wondering if the disks will fit into titanium rings and the same for threaded jewelry?

Or does anyone know where I can find Hello Kitty CBRs or straight (double side set) barbells in titanium (for nipples)?

I know for a CBR it won't. Because there are differnt size beads. Unless you get the same diameter of the bead, then it should fit.

I'm not sure about the threaded balls though.

You should be able to use pretty much any bead for a cbr, provided that it is not 3 or 4 times larger or smaller than the original size bead. As far as balls go, some will work with other barbells and some will not. You just have to try them.

Clarissa, where did you find the Hello Kitty picture discs? I've been looking everywhere for some.

threading is different for many manufacturers so if you want to switch the balls on a barbell buy the pieces from the same manufacturer and they ought to fit.

I found Hello Kitty jewelry, but I was mistaken, they DON'T have CBRs, just straight or curved BBs. I suppose I was overly hopeful and didn't really pay attention to what I was saying.

Shucks, this site doesn't make plain Ti straight BBs so I wouldn't be able to buy the same brand and switch. Cheap stuff I guess.

Oh darn. That's all anyone ever has. it's tongue bars and navel bars, never CBR's. They make CBR's with other cartoon characters, just not Hello Kitty.

Several months ago, I lucked up and found 2, 14 gauge, 1/2" Hello Kitty CBR's on eBay. Someone in Austrailia was selling them. I bought them staight out instead of going through the auction, and had them in my hand in a week. I wanted more than 1 pair, but I haven't seen anymore since.

Oh well....

ebay... how did you know it was good quality?

I bought them just for the Hello Kitty beads, I couldn't care less about the rings themselves. I have bought body jewelry off eBay before that I did wear, and I didn't have any problems with it. I just make sure I put it in healed piercings, and clean them with Dial soap before insertion.

So the beads fit in a different ring?
I looked on ebay and saw Shortcake CBRs - so cute! I might have to settle...
If they're meant for 14g will they fit in a 12g?
