Why don't you try returning it to Playboy.com? any reputable company should stand behind their products.

I got one down ocean city so I know of course it wasn't direct from the source, but it was ok and didn't irritate me or anything but the bottom ball is starting to come loose and is not the type of ball that is suppose to unscrew... so yes it truly was just a cheap knock off piece of crap, oh well

I have a playboy tongue barbell. i got it at hot topic. its not that bad. its surgical stainless steel but the top ball is black acrylic with a white playboy bunny on it. i dont wear it enough to judge if its a piece of crap though.lol
