I just saw the 4th nape piercing in my area in about a week. Thats just wierd, I mean, this is like,the land of the Ford Explorer, old people, church 2x a week, southern fried everything, and 30 somthings with kids... I guess you can just about add nape to my list of piercings getting common in my area. Even though, the tongue and eyebrow are seen several times a day, I was just suprised to see the nape.... 4 times.... Seems people with nape piercings enjoy chinese food... 2 of the 4 were seen leaving China Wok with take out.. Hmm.... I saw one getting beer at Citgo, then one getting a car wash at the Car Wash Wizard.

I think overall piercings are beginning to be a little more accepted. Where I live it seems like everybody has their eyebrow pierced. Get a piercing because you like it, don't worry about what other people think.
