Is it true that nipple piercings on larger boobs have a harder time healing because of the weight and stress on the piercings?
Will wearing a bra irritate the piercing?
I'm thinking of getting my nipples done but I'm kinda big(36D)and I feel like my boobs are heavy and I HAVE TO wear a bra. I guess my concern is that I don't want to get the piercings and have to lose them because of the stress on the piercing not only from the weight, but also from my bra.

D's are not that big, you should'nt have any problems. A lot of us around here are DDD+

I second Michelle's statement....I'm a 42DD and I had my nips pierced in June of this year. Wearing a bra is actually MORE comfortable than not wearing one in the beginning. Keeping them strapped down seems to prevent new piercings from getting a lot of abuse. I'm glad I got mine done!

So wearing a bra doesn't rub and irritate them? I thought loose fitting clothes were the way to go around piercings?

Its the loose clothing that will rub.

I would advise you to be pierced with barbells, they move around a lot less. A sports bra will be your new best friend for a few days. If you don't already have one go buy one, your probably gonna want to sleep in it for at least a couple of days.

I agree with what everyone has said. I'm a DD and had mine done in december of last year. Tight clothes usually aren't a good idea around piercings, but I think because bras conform rather thatn constrict the nipples, they aren't the same problem. Tight jeans just push on a navel piercing, a bra will cradle the piercing.

I think wearing a bra or tight shirt for the first few days/week is a really good idea. The pain seems to subside pretty quickly with nipple piercings, at least with mine.

I am a 40DDD and have had no problems. Get pierced with barbells. Wearing a bra will not hurt your piercings. I wear a tank top with a built in bra to bed, it keeps them from getting bumped around in the night. Good Luck!

I think if I get mine done it will be because I have run out of things to pierce because I am worried about migration and all that good stuff. To hear all of this is pretty comforting to know in case I do decide to get them done.
