These circular barbells are made of 6Al-4V-Eli Titanium. They are internally threaded and feature titanium ball ends. Le Roi offers a variety of replacement parts for barbells. 00ga, 7/16" and 1/2" are only available with steel balls. You can see the standard ball sizes for this piece here. You can order larger or smaller replacement balls from here. Be aware that the gap size on these pieces may be too small for larger balls.

Comments: My husband bought this item for me to wear in my septum. I love it! Septum piercings are my favorite but I hadn't regularly worn mine down in the years since I had it done because I was searching for the perfect jewelry. I was pierced at 14ga and the circular barbell I put in was too big for me, I think 3/8". I like tiny septum jewelry on girls, and my piercing is relatively low which made it worse.
