These nostril screws are hand made in the USA of solid nickel free 14K gold. Choose from a bent nostril screw with a 5/16" stem, a 5/16" long nose bone, a 11/16" straight un-bent nostril screw or an L-shaped nostril screw with about a 5/16" leg and about a 5/16" stem. These screws have a 7 stone cluster of gems which is about 4.92mm in diameter.

Comments: i had this made, it had to be made twice, and it was still not as represented. the colors i chose were not nearly as colorful as displayed. very unhappy that i wasted my money.
