Choose from a plain gold top ball or one with a gem. Choose your gauge and length, main gem color (leaf gems), dangling gem color (cherry gems), top style, top gem color (or none if you choose a plain gold top ball) and gold type below. 16ga top balls come on externally threaded posts. The bottom solid gold cherry has two 2.5mm round gems and two 2.1mm round gems.
