Choose from a plain gold top ball or one with a gem. Choose your gauge and length, main gem color, top style, top gem color (or none if you choose a plain gold top ball) and gold type below. The main gem and danging gems will be the same color. 16ga top balls come on externally threaded posts. The bottom heart is 6mm x 6mm with a 6mm x 4mm dangling pear.
