Comments: This labret stud does exactly as it is supposed to do. The backplate is extremely soft and doesn't bug your gums, but since the actual stud is titanium you don't need to replace it like a BioPlast stud. My only problem is that I had a get a larger replacement ball because the balls on these are so small compared to the picture. (The only thing keeping it from being rated a five)
