Comments: I'm now permanently wearing a 12mm Tribal Dream Ring in my PA. I initially had trouble with major irritation and near rejection of the piercing! I found that isolating the seams and ESPECIALLY the screw hole by using silicone O-rings helped me adapt. The screw hole, for me at least, was very irritating. I now have it filled with silicone which has solved the problem. I am no longer using the O-rings. This is by far my favorite PA jewelry ever!

Comments: i ordered on of these for my septum because it was available in a smaller diameter than any other 0g jewelry i could find. i was hesitant at first about the screw together closure, but i have not taken my current ring out of my septum for over three years and plan to buy several more with the expectation of never taking them out. easily the most comfortable jewelry i have ever worn.
