piercing swallowed |

I am just writing to you to ask for some help. I had my tongue pierced a few months ago and never had any problems. What happend was I was in bed talking to a friend and suddenly my piercing unscrewed and I swallowed the top of it-just the little ball. Is there anything I should do? I am very worried about having a serious problem. I would appreciate if you could help me.
