Subject:  Is it an infection??
Message:  I've had my navel pierced for 5 years now and never had an infection. I had surgery Jan. 7 & had to take out my ring. I put it back in 2-3 days later & ended up having to pierce through a thin layer of skin. I did clean the ring & my hands with antibacterial soap first. It is a little sore still but less than when I first put it back in. Just right now Jan. 24 a little bit of yellowish white fluid not so much puss it was more liquified came out of it. I want to know is this an infection and if so what should I do? Please respond ASAP. Thank you.
