Subject:  Help! Large Tongue Keloid
Message:  I have had my tongue pierced since last summer, in November I noticed a white 'donut' forming on the underside of my tongue and my tongue swelled up and was hurting. I got some advice from this forum to change the bar to a shorter bar, which I did. This made it feel better, the swelling went down and the pain went away. I rinsed my tongue to make sure that it was clear of any food particles, or at least attempted to do this. But now I noticed that donut has not gone away, in fact it's twice as big as it was in November. It looks as if its growing over the ball on the bottom. This is really freaking me out.....What can I do? I've heard aspirin helps get rid of them....any thoughts?

Thanks so much!
