About me:
I am a 30 year old Horticulturist who works as a perennial plant specialist at a local nursery. I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, but have since lived in Vermont, Nantucket, Ireland, Australia and N.W. Mass. I currently live in Center City, Philadelphia with my S.O. (PDB Science Guy, a fellow Triber). We met on Tribe, he asked me on a date, and we have been living together happily ever since. I love gardening and anything having to do with growing plants, especially tropicals and specifically orchids. I love reading and crosswords and generally anything having to do with words and letters. I used to be an avid aquarist, but currently am not keeping any tanks. I have one cat (Molly Moo), and PDBsg and I have adopted four rescue rats- Bailey, Pax, Hugh, and Doof. I got into piercing because I have metal allergies and was unable to wear standard earrings in my lobes. I did some research, and found out about organic jewelry and stretching. I began by stretching my lobes and decided to get my first needle peircing done (nostril) in early 2007. I have a severe needle phobia, so this was actually a huge thing for me, but I've gotten several more since.
