Ok so here is the deal, basically i am going to quit drinking alcohol altogether i know some people say that stopping altogether isn't the write thing to do moderation is the key, well admittedly i have tried that and it didn't work.

My reasons are my own for this decision, those who know me well, will understand this. I don't think there is something wrong with me i just don't know when to stop sometimes and hey it's not the best type of drink for anyone and if i continue i know what sort of lifestyle this will lead to.
