I had an accident yesterday and half ripped my dermal anchor out of my wrist I was able to push it back in felt it pop back into place not sure if this was the right thing to do it was an immediate reaction

It is very swollen and bruised now gave it a good sea salt soak last night to clean it up and have a plaster over it to keep from knocking it anymore.

I am going to see my piercer today hopefully wont lose it but if I do then I will have to get another somewhere else though I think lol!!
Any advice on this would be much appreciated : }

I have been kind of fascinated with the whole idea of suspensions. I doubt i would do one but i never understood the idea behind it. As in why would someone do it. I am in no way critizing it but i just dont understand the point of it. Could someone please share some insight about suspensions and the reasoning behind it?

implants such as ss beads just under the skin how well do they heal and a ballpark of how painful it would be

I was gone all weekend doing my first suspension!
Sadly there won't be any pics of the suspension itself for a few weeks.. they had a professional photographer there and wouldn't let anyone else take pictures. So the photographer will be getting them to the piercers in a few weeks.

Has anyone here done a suspension?
I'm considering doing one towards the middle of the month... but I don't know a whole lot about them, except that it looks like a fun experience.

I'm just wondering how the experience was for anyone who's had one.. anything I should know ahead of time?

I've thought about scarification/branding casually. I was thinking of having a vine like idea up the outside of my calf. I don't know if i can get it though as i don't know anywhere that performs it. Is it truly safe? I know that the materials can be steralized. The way i saw it once on the news was with something that looked a lot like a soldering iron, but with two bars in a kind of long U shape.Have you had it? Can you compare it to any other kind of pain? ta!
