First tragus was pierced incredibly far inward, and I liked the idea of having a double =)

One day after I got my left tragus pierced. It hurt worse than any of my other piercings, but it wasn't that bad.

This shows the tragus piercing I got on my 32nd birthday. At the time of the photo, it was 2 days old. It is now 2 weeks old and healing up nicely. This was one of my more painful piercings. I've had multiple ear piercings (as you can see) as well as my brow, tongue, navel and septum. My septum was more painful as the piercer hit the cartilidge. This one ranked right up there. I think it would not be so bad if yours aren't thick like mine are. I heard none of the "pop" that some describe and I was thankful for that.

I got this pierced at the beginning of July...it was fine for a couple weeks, but not now! This bump will not go away...I salt soak it, but I can't get rid of it!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!! I really don't want to lose the piercing!

All 18 gauge. Both ears are the same
