All body jewelry is guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects, 100% sterile and is shipped in medical grade sterile pouches. If the integrity of the sterile pouch seems to have been compromised during delivery, we will replace your body jewelry with the exact same item.

Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry, exchanges can only be accepted for items that have not been removed from the sterile pouch. Discount, special, closeout, custom, precious and other items may not elibible for return/exchange. Please inspect your body jewelry for defects prior to opening the pouch. Should you find any defects, we will replace your body jewelry with the exact same item provided you call us to receive a return authorization code. No exchanges will be accepted for items without an auhorization code.

No exchanges will be accepted on discount, special or closeout products. Exchanges will be accepted for unopened merchandise up until 7 days after you receive the product. All exchanges, with the excepttion of manufacturer defects and compromised sterilization, are subject to either a 25% restocking fee or $5.00...whichever is greater. If you used a discount code on your initial order, this discount will not be applied to the new items.

Our goal is 100% merchandise satisfaction. Therefore, we try to provide our customers with a liberal return policy. We cannot guarantee that you will order the correct size, but we will assist you in selecting the correct body jewelry, provided you do not break the seal on your sterilization pouch. You certainly wouldn't want to purchase previously worn body jewelry and we take pride in the fact that all of our body jewelry is shipped 100% sterile.
