i just got my new industrial done. it kinda hurt because its two helix piercings and it goes through some thick cartilage but its well worth it. just remember to keep breathing. =]
I got my piercing done by Shane at Bill Claydon's Tattoo World in Fayetteville,NC. There shop is very clean, and everyone is really professional. Shane was very meticulous about the planning and placement of the jewerly itself, spending about 5 minutes marking and measuring my ear so that everything would look good. The actual piercing part wasn't painful, but it did sting a bit. This is my 4th piercing at Bill Claydon's and I'll keep going back for more. I love my industrial, and I'm already getting compliments on it.
WOW! I love my industrial. If you want one GO FOR IT IMMEDIATLY!
I was expecting a lot of pain since its cartilage (x2). The first hole was not painfull at all, the scond a little more and the jewel insertion was the most painfull step. Its not really more painfull as an eyebrow. The first day 1-2-3 went very good...redish around the holes and swelling (normal). But at day 4-5-6-7-8 it was more red and painfull. It was because of dry air and dust where I work. Solution = emu oil! Recommand to all!! Its an original piercing that I love!
Hi i have 2 industrials and i think they are great, yes they hurt for a while but it is worth it. take a look at my pictures in the gallery.
i am 16 now and i was wanting my industrial done for a while. i finally i asked my 26 year old brother to come sign for me and let me get it done. no lie i was sweating the piercing so bad. i went in there expecting the worse. when he pierced my first hole (the lower) i didnt hurt at all but when he went for the second hole i felt little pressure and burning because i knew what to expect..it was over in a 5 sec span... all i want to say is if you want it get it its awesome and you will love the cool comments!!!!
It took forever to heal. I got it 5 months ago and it just recently went back to normal size. It hurts right now cuz my brothers girlfriend ran to give me a hug and she hit my ear so its kinda sore right now. My gauges, they didnt hurt they just didnt do well before i actually put real plugs in them. During the process of gettin them i use household stuff to gauge them. It was crazy, until when i gauged them 2 a 4.
Just got an industrial piercing yesterday 9-29-06. I went to Fine Line Tattoo to get it done. I had friends that went with me. They said I came out with tears in my eyes and Im not surprised because it hurt like a bitch. I had a P.A. done a while ago but this hurt MORE than that but its probably one of my fav. piercings.
I got my industrial pierced at Big Daddy Cadillacs in Lawrence, KS. The pain was moderate and a little more than I expected, but definitely tolerable. It sucked pretty bad especially the second (back) hole because my ears are really thick there. The bad part about this piercing for me was that it wouldn't stop bleeding. It didn't bleed at all when it was pierced but that night when I went home it just wouldn't clot and bled for a couple days. Overall, definitely worth the pain and the bleeding problems because it looks AWESOME.
i was thinking about getting this piercing i have my belly button done and thats it but i was just wondering how it felt and the pain
this was honestly one of my most painful piercings yet. the first hole that was pierced barely even hurt. it was the second one that hurt like crazy. all in all, i like it. if you wanna get one then get one. just expect some pain. anyways later.Codi B.
