Last night I went and had my conch pierced. It Hurt but after about 15 sec. it was just sore. When i went to bed that night i couldn't lay on my right side because it was so sore but this morning i woke up on my right side with no pain at all. Kevin at Pinz and Needlez in Jonesboro AR pierced it for me and i have to give credit to him he did a great job! Anyone thinking about getting thier conch pierced? It is well worth the minor amount of pain.

After much thought, I finally got my outer conch done. I have a fair amount of experiance with piercings; I have both my eyebrow and nostril professionally done. I also have an above average understanding of piercing procedure, safety, and care. I those Studio 13, in Athens, Ga, to get my piercing done. The piercer and I came to an agreement of a 14g ball closure ring, and began the procedure (after autoclaving of course). She (Devan) marked the area with the tip of a tooth pick (for sterilaty), and i began to prepare myself.

I got my conch pierced because not to many people have it...and because at the time i could only get ear pierceings(im only 14)... i got it done at Sonic Skate and TAtoo. my piercers name was pete he was fuckin' kool to . my conch was definitely the ost painful one...i also have my lobes 6G, my labret,and my eyebrow... i would definitely recomend it...people are sared and confused by it...i currently have a barbell in it with a spike on the back end of it...

I got my conch pierced recently, because it's not really a common piercing, It hurt for a couple of seconds, now its cool ..I have a horseshoe shaped earing in it..I recommend it if you can handle a few seconds of pain...the after effects are similer to normal cartilage.
