So my friend and I went to a little local shop (not my usual piercer) and i got a second stud in my tongue. its just starting to swell (5 hours later) and its verryyy tender. the pain is always there but it is bearable. my piercer was very good, followed all the techniques and procedures that i know as correct. the hygene of the particular store wasnt awesome but it was acceptable. my first tongue piercing never bled, this one bled a little bit i wasnt worried though, even mm difference in a piercing can mean no blood compared to a lot of blood. all in all, piercing well done.
Got my tongue pierced 2 days ago didn't hurt at all.I have been wanting to do it for 2 years and i finally did it, i had the cash so im like ok why not. She did it quite fast she told me to lie down mean while i was freaking out she said ill do it so there is no pain all I had to do was bite down on my tongue i didn't even feel the clamp but she did it and i was like ?? is it done ??
I got my tongue pierced when i was 12 years old. It was my first piercing ever. I had to go to summer camp and had some extra money left, so an hour before i had to leave, meh went and got it pierced. Hehe.
I was extremely nervours all the time before it was done. It hurted just a tiny little bit, i barely felt anything, but as i was really scared, meh realllllly wished for the whole process to end sooner.
My tongue was a bit swolen few days after getting it pierced,
i didn't eat anything on the 1st day
& it hurted a bit on the 2nd.
Later everything was just fine.
Since I got the right side of my lip pierced, I wanted something else in the mouthy-region to compliment it. So I was all, oh side of my tongue could be cool. Then I thought that perhaps both sides of my tongue would be even cooler. I later found out they were called venoms (I was pretty disappointed with the name)
I didn't do any research before hand, just in passing talked to my friend who has her labret & central tongue done & she said her tongue hurt less, it was a just a bitch for about 10 days in eating/talking/general existence. Buttttt I was fairly sure I could survive.
I got my tongue pierced on my 16th birthday. it was kind of random but im glad i did it, ive had no trouble at all and it didnt hurt or swell which was a plus.
I have had my tongue pierced twice in the past few years. The first time, it didn't really hurt at all, but it swelled like crazy and took a few days to eat or talk right. I had it for about nine months and it started getting agitated and hurting one night, so I took it out and before an hour was up, it had already closed. The second time, it hurt a bit more because of the scar tissue, but by that night I was already eating and talking pretty normal. Now I take it out and leave it out for a while, and it still stays open.
I have had my tongue pierced about nine times in the past four and a half years.
They've come out due to job requirements, incorrect or uncomfortable placements (which was literally about 2/3 of the problem), and, in one case, being pulled through while wearing a barbell with small balls.
I went on prom night to get my tongue repierced for what I hope to be the final time.
i got my tounge done for a second time yesterday and i would just like to inform everyone that it hurts alot more then the first time you get it done.
i got a cool idead i wont to get te southern cross in my tounge like 2 on the side and the a little one with a little ball.
does anyone think tha would look good?
The second piercing i ever got was my tongue, it didn't hurt at all. In fact i had a sensation of happiness when i did it. at the time i was thirteen and naive. i had a friend get me a needle and then i grabbed a marker, marked up my tongue.
then smoked a cig. then i got ready for what i had been waiting for all day. i lined up the needle in the center of underneath my tongue. i waited a few seconds and pushed.
Yesterday me and my boyfriend went to an all girls tattoo studio in Charlotte, NC to get my tongue and one of my nipples pierced. I've been wanting a tongue ring since Mel B had one in the Spice Girls. The pain was not as bad as I had expected. When Stacy clamped my tongue I felt the most pain. It felt like she was gonna rip my tongue web. The piercing itself was hurt a bit but not as bad as biting the tongue. I'd say the worst part for me so far has been not eating. I should could use some meatlovers pizza...but my tongue wont allow it.
