I had my nipples pierced with 14 g barbells 2.5 months ago and I highly recommend them to anyone who thinks they might want to get then done - the pain was not bad at all and healing has been a breeze - much easier then any piercings I've had on my ears. The pain of actually getting them pierced as a strong pinching (I closed my eyes, I can't watch), and then a warm rush. Everyone says the second one is worse, but they both felt exactly the same. They felt a little uncomfortable the first night, but I went out and had a few adult beverages and I forgot they were even there. By day 3, as long as I wore a sports bra or another tight bra I couldn't even feel them. The only time they hurt is when I tried to run in a tanktop with a shelf bra, and the friction killed me. After about a month, I could comfortably do just about anything with or without a bra without pain. I can't believe how ridiculously easy these piercings have been to heal. I absolutely love how they look!
