I just got my antitragus done yesterday. The piercist told me that between the antitragus and the rook, he'd recommend the rook because supposedly the antitragus is more painful and takes more time to heal. I decided to go with the antitragus though, and i'm so glad that i did! I got it done with a curved barbell. It barely hurt at all, and it looks freakin sweet! It didn't give me any problems while i slept and it hasn't hurt what-so-ever all day. It's not even sore. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is contemplating getting that part of their ear pierced
