Little over a year ago, went to get my septum. A bit intimidated as it was my first piercing, but it was all downhill. I think I have a decent tolerance for pain, so the piercing really didn't hurt that bad to be honest.
The car ride home was the only nerve racking part about It was on the car ride home a bit nerve racking as every braking would pull the nose ring forward and back and you could feel it raw and sting every time. But it's a quick heal. Non-iodized sea salt and warm water worked well for me. After i gauged my nose to a 10g horseshoe i order my first jewelry from this site. my 8g gorilla glass septum tusk. and have bought 3 increasing in size since. Don't be afraid of this piercing any onlookers.
