after 7 months, if you think
Posted on August 5, 2008, 2:40 pmafter 7 months, if you think it's healed, and are having no trouble, I think it would be okay to change. Be aware of two things:
Piercings really take a couple of years to "toughen up" completely, even after being "healed"
Also, a change of jewelry can upset a piercing at any stage, especially going from one style to another. Be prepared for flare ups and yes, bumps.

I say go for it. I mean
Posted on August 5, 2008, 2:54 pmI say go for it. I mean you'll never know till ya try. If it feels like its healed, give it a try. But I also agree with Cloud, be prepared for it to go pissy quick and possible bumpage. Good luck and be gentle with it.

I thought i'd give a little
Posted on September 1, 2008, 12:01 pmI thought i'd give a little update. I did end up changing it to a CBR (which was not an easy task to get in,lol) and have had it in for about 2 weeks now, and have had no problems what so ever
So i'm super glad for that.

a CBR is a captive bead
Posted on September 7, 2008, 11:03 ama CBR is a captive bead ring, also known as a BCR, or ball captive ring; ring style jewelry which holds a bead in by tension. Common piercing jewelry
