--Depends on your tolerance for pain and the skill of the piercer. It hurts, but only for a second.

--cartilage piercings like the conch are slow healers. Expect several months for full healing.

Should I get a stud or hoop? Wich one is better for the healing process?
--either ring style jewelry or bar style jewelry would work. For healing, you want a good fit and quality jewelry. Discuss this with your piercer.

Will there always be a hole there in my ear if I get it one and then someday take it out?
--probably, yes. If you fully heal cartilage and then remove it, it won't grow back together again, but may shrink.

-As Cloud said, it depends on your pain tolerance as it's different for everyone. In my experience, the few months after is worse than the piercing itself.

-Cartilage piercing healing time is about 6-12 months. I've had my outer conch for about 7 months, it's not healed yet. However my inner conch seemed to heal around the 6 month period (although I don't remember for sure).

-IMO a stud is better, hoops just seem to get bumped way too much.

-If you get it dermal punched there's a bigger chance of it never closing than if you plan to get it pierced at a smaller gauge.
