ive had mine for about a month and a half and couldnt be happier. i still got the 10g cbr in. its hard to explain what the feelings for you are gonna be. it depends on your sensitivity i suppose.

in my experience its way worth it. i havent tried different jewelry yet so i dont know if barbells make a difference for you or her. for me its pleasureable and my gf loves it too.

you shouldnt need to take it out.

Highly unlikely that your PA will bother either of you during sex. The majority of people feel it enhances sex. No need to take it out.

Don't take it out. That's one of the main reasons men get PAs are the sensations during sex. Everyone is different, but personally, it feels great for me....and the wife enjoys it also.

Besides looks the most important point of the PA is to enhance the sensations during intercourse, for you and your partner. So leave it in.
You might want to wait a couple of weeks longer before first using it because even if it looks healed it's still very sensitive and it may feel slightly uncomfortable for weeks and even months but that will go away. K-Y or some other lubricant is a great help because the ring rotates somewhat during intercourse.
If you stretch the PA to at least gauge 4 most partners will love you for it. At higher gauges it really rocks. My PA is gauge 00 and the feeling is insane.
A word of caution though: Oral sex can be disaster for your partner's teeth. If you're not 100 % sure (s)he is really careful take it out.

no need to take it out at all! I've had mine now for over 6 months and as I keep changing the gauge and making it thicker it only gets better! Just take it easy the first couple of times!

Ive had mine for over a year and it has been great. Mine is a 6 gauge curved barbell though. When i first got it, it was a circular barbell and some girls found it a little intrusive. I have had much better responses from the curved barbell.

Here is a question from my side though to anyone: What is the process of stretching it like? Can you do it yourself or should I go to a piercer?

stretched myself, now a 0 guage, just insert couple smaller cbr, change sizes, stretches easily

I've had mine for three years. I wear a tribal dream ring or segment ring in 0g x 5/8. It rocks. I was sore at first after sex but that went away after it toughened up. You will want to go to a thicker gauge.My wife can now have both the g-spot and the clit orgasm almost at the same time.WW

I find that the ball on the top of the apadravya barbell gives my partner more enjoyment than the P.A. ever did. It just needs to be the correct length when erect.

My PA jewelry always comes out before playing... my (male) partners tend to get scared of it - though I haven't played with someone that also has one...

It depends. I did the first couple of stretches on my own, but going up to a 4 ga, I went back to the piercer. No way could I have done it myself. Too much of a "pinch" for me.

Had my PA for over 3 years. Stretching was the easiest for me but that's not always good. I quickly (in 6 months time) went from 10 ga to 1/2" without ever doing anything but just putting the new, bigger jewelry in. Stainless steel gets heavy as it gets bigger. I wish mine had not progressed so quickly as I now cannot wear anything in it full time. I do occasionally bring out "the toys" for sex. My wife really like a few of them. "Monster Screwball" rings are her fav. I have wanted to get a tribal dream ring, but am saving for titanium. Moral, watch out for easy-stretching. you may need to back off for a while. If it is difficult to stretch, that's a good thing. It means you'll have long lasting fun. BTW, the action on the inside of the urethra was the best for me! I could feel it rubbing back and forth in an area where nothing else had ever been. Explosive is the best description!

I've got a reverse PA and have stretched it from 12ga to 8ga on my own using tapered stetchers. However I can't seem to go the next step (6ga). It's just too uncomfortable.
For me, I've only taken my curved barbell out for sex when we want to change things around. I've had my RPA for a year now.

For any piercing, some steps are bigger than others. Going from 8 ga to 6 ga is a BIG jump! I have heard folks recommend teflon tape to add a size, like make yours a 7... but I have not tried it myself so I cannot vouch for it.

The only time I remove my 8*12 mm PA ring is to give it a thorough clean or to occasionally change it for a heavier 8*22 mm ring - the extra weight feels great for a while - but the bigger ring is too big for sex.

I have gone from a 12g to a 2g. I have done it myself. After about 3 months I went from the 12g to a 10g and then to an 8g in about two weeks.
After a month to a 6g etc.

Go slow! Don't force it and everything should be fine. I just waite untill I notice that the ring gets loose and then go to the next size.

Once again I have to thank you all. I now have my 10ga PA and patiently waiting to go up in gauge. hope to get to 4 ga my personal goal.Sex so far not bad for me , wife is stil undecided. maybe larger gauge or barbell will chnage that.
