Personally I like the look of having both nips pierced. I'd feel odd to only have one side done.

I have both pierced. So I guess it's easy to guess where my opinion falls! I don't care either way if someone gets one or two, but in my opinion, I like the equal look.

Awesomeness. Fair enough. At least if you have one you can always do the other one too. Except mine hurt like a son of a b so I'd be scared.

I really like one. That's what I have. two is too simple, too easy. one is a little goofy, off kilter, a little more out of the ordinary. Who says you have to be symetrical!!!

It also give your partner a little varity for playin or teasin'.

One or two nips pierced is cool. Although if you do only have one and want to get another try if at all possible to get new piercing from the same piercer that did your first one. Reason >>>> symmetry.

I have both pierced. I'd feel wierd if only one of them was done haha. I think it also looks better to have them both done.. when I see someone with one I wonder if they couldn't go through the pain of both (No offense to anyone who only has one )

Nipple piercings are on the list of "to-be-pierced" for me and I want both done. I admit, a lot of it is symmetry. I'd feel off kilter. At the moment I have my right nostril pierced, but that's balanced out with the helix on my left. Three lobe piercings in each lobe and a septum. Lol, I know I'm weird! >_< It's just an aesthetic preference.

I have my left nip pierced vert. and the right pierced vert. & horiz. Someday if possible I shall get balanced, well at least the nips

I have both pierced. I like the symmetrical look, but for others it doesn't bother me if they have one or both pierced. They both look good in my opinion.

I only have my left one pierced. I was thinking about getting the other done recently but my fiancé didn't want me to for some reason.

I'm indifferent about which looks 'better' - beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

I'm a huge wimp and I admit it! But at least I take piercings like a champ and don't yell or anything haha.

But yeah I agree with zippy. Having one of each kind of nipper is nice and surprisingly I don't feel off balance at all. But everyones different =]

I had two that I retired. I'm thinking of only doing one when I get it redone just for the fun of still being able to let my SO play with it while the other heals.

I had both, but when I had to take one out I didn't feel too weird having just the one.
Now I have none and I don't feel weird either. I think I'll give them another shot though.

I'd love to get mine done. I think I would feel lopsided but I think I could only do one at a time pain wise.

I don't know which side to do because my girls are different sizes and i don't know if i should get the left or right haha

I go for symmetry, but symmetry does not always go for me (ex: I had two surface piercings on my chest, but only one rejected. For now, I have one).

But, different stokes for different folks. I think some can really rock the one nip, and others need the two to feel complete!

Both mine are are done, I knew I'd never go back for the second unless I had them both done at the same time - it was painful

Shell when you were thinking of getting your first nipple piercing and going back and forth we all told you that if you got the first nipple pierced, you would be back for the second. Enjoy having both done.

I have both, and I love them. I had them done on January 22, 2008, so rather recently. The first one didn't hurt, I know hard to believe . .. the piercer said it was because of my adrenaline lol well the second one sure hurt like hell! But very glad I had both done.

Haha, thats exactly how it was for me. I think the main reason for me was that I knew what was coming the second time.

I would have both done why because when you only have one done that nipple might get larger and it won't look right with one large and one small nipple and it is better to as far as the pain at the time of the peircing that way you won't have to go through it again and it is done.
