If you're already pierced, you're going to have to discuss correct positioning with your piercer. The best way will conform to your anatomy and existing piercing.

As cloud said you need to have your piercer look at the piercings and decide which is better.

You could get all 4 pierced at the same time, but if you just got both pierced a coupld days ago I would wait a bit.

From mmy experience in having both vertical and horizontal piercings I would wait between piercings. None of the existing piercings were done at the same time. Both were done horiz but the left was removed due to a healing problem. About a year later the naked nip was pierced vert and the other was done vert two weeks later. Because the one was misshaped it did not get pierced horiz until about ten months after being done vertical. Part of that was due to being on antibiotics twice for health problems.

If you just had your nipples pierced and they are not screwed up, why would you want to take them out, let them heal and get them re-pierced?
