I want a silicone implant, but money is a bit of an issue.

Posted on August 16, 2008, 3:59 pmI would highly suggest using Titanium or Silicon instead of Steel. Tissues can grow to (anchor) Titanium and Silicon, but not Steel. The body simply encapsulates Steel to some degree but cannot truly attach to it.
I've had great success with Steve Hayworth's new Silicon "Beads". I love them. They're a bit squishy, but still very firm and the body just seems to grip them very well.
