Ideas for new barbell jewelry?

It has a plain 8 gauge barbell in there, and I've never changed it. It's a vertical. What should I put in there? I see lots of fancy barbells, but they seem kinda . . . overkill in some ways. Why get a fancy striped one, if the striping is hidden, for instance?

Seems like my choices for a vertical are kinda limited. Maybe something with nice gems in there. Any other suggestions?

A white teardrop for the lower one so you look like you're lactating. Actually, eew. Bad idea.
