Hey, lovely Tribers - me again.

The short film I starred in that I mentioned a few days back is now online - I really hope you like it. It's very silly indeed. Vampirism... a decadent sexy bar... me making an idiot out of myself... I figured you'd all enjoy a bit of that! The director and I are currently developing the short into a feature film which should be ACE if we can get the funding. All terribly exciting.

Anyhow, it's the same deal as before - the more loads the page gets the more chance we'll have of winning some kind of award and that should get us viewed by some important people who'll consider giving us lots of money so we can make the film.

So, what would be incredibly helpful is if you could view the film and, if you like it, set up an account on the site and leave a juicy little 5 star rating (top right hand corner of the film screen). The more of those we get the better, really, as it's the star ratings and page loads that really make a difference. Please do pass on this link to anyone you think might appreciate it. Spread the word!

OK... THIS MEANS WAR.

The cheats are at it again! Since they discovered that Blood Actually was online the director has mysteriously vanished from the number 1 director position he's held for over 2 weeks. The only way they could have done this is by deliberately giving all his films low star ratings and giving high ones to his competitors, and that just doesn't happen in under 15 minutes!

This is sabotage!

Utterly furious.

I did not rate it because I could not be objective about a film that is not the type that I would not go to a theater to watch. This has nothing to do with the quality of the film just my personal taste.

I quite enjoyed that.

The love actually pisstaking made me screw up my face a little bit, but I quite liked th twist.

awwwww... I love it. I love when vampires are portrayed as charming and sweet instead of assmunches. I'd love to be chewed on by them.

I remember alot of things, just nothing important.

Aww, thanks for the lovely comments, guys. They mean a great deal to me and Paul as we continue to slog through getting the first draft of the feature done. Really, really glad you like it.

It was SUCH a laugh to shoot, when I wasn't falling over, nearly getting myself killed on razor wire, or having my neck dribbled on by Mr Convy (who found fang control rather tricky)! I'm just really glad you can't hear what we were talking about during those bar scenes... Eye-wink

We have a "I'm Tatula!" line in our group of friends, because it's the most funny anti-climactic name announcment in the world: she looks really really tough and evil, and then turns out to have a little girl's nickname. That then swings into "No, I'm Tatula!".

Heheh, feel free to steal the line - I quite like the idea of being quoted as one of the crappest vampire introductions ever! Don't worry, Daisy gets 100 times more rubbish in the feature version!

I've just found out that some kind soul has put the short on Digg (which you can reach via the short film link as, sadly, he's not put the title of the film in the description so I'm not sure if it shows up on searches or not). Either way, that's made my day! Laughing out loud

Please do keep clicking and sending it on - we've had a couple of really nice comments and it's doing a lot to boost our resolve to get the feature made. After our daily 5-hour skyped writing conferences we need all the boosting we can get!

Thanks to everyone who's viewed the film since I posted it - keep 'em coming. Some of the comments we've received have been just amazing so thankyou, really.

Just to keep you updated, we're almost up to the 75% mark on the treatment for the feature now - should have it finished by Tuesday at the latest - then we're into revisions and then the dreaded final treatment. Eek!

Thanks again for all your support. I'll keep you updated as to how things are coming along as it's all getting quite exciting now! The thought that this feature could possibly be made in the next year or so is rather daunting!

That was dope girl, I loved it, it's to bad that it's so short though. You have to put up somemore episodes for sure! You did a great job as did the whole cast and crew!
