I am having a few issues with my left nipple that I had pierced in early August. It is not pierced deep enough since it only goes through the nipple and is very near the end. Since I put my circular barbell in it has been a pain in it at times. I think that it is migrating now and was thinking of taking it out to heal so that I can get it re-done so it matches my right one. My right nipple gives me no trouble at all and is pierced just the way a guys nipple should be. If I take out the left one, how long do I have to wait before I can get it re-pierced? I understand that there will be scar tissue in it from the first piercing but I think that when I get it re-pierced that it will be behind the scar tissue. I don't want to wait too long to get it re-pierced so that I have them both done before I go shirtless on vacation over the Winter or something like that.
