Mine was exactly like that. It came up about 2 1/2 weeks after I had it done. Then about a month later, it just popped in the shower, had a couple of weepy days after and now it's healed. I saw another piercer (I spoke to mine over the phone & he wasn't even interested in seeing it) about 10 days after the lump came up and was advised to try to leave off on the cleaning regieme, make sure you clean it in the shower and make sure you can turn it once a day. Worked for me. Remember the Tragus is a notoriously difficult healer, everyone I know who's had it done has said it took ages to heal and had recurrent localised infections. Stick with it. See your piercer if you're really concerned.
