I have been shaving for aq few years. I find it cleaner, and I just like it smooth. also, hair just gets pulled in tight jeans so it's uncomfortable lol. I wouldnt care either way for a partner, but I would prefer if she at least trimmed so its not long. But if I had to pick, shaved is sexy. I use conditioner as a shaving gel, even shampoo works. I find it makes for a smoother shave, and it's so soft after. Less razer burn also, I find.

I agree. Sometimes it is smooth, others there are shapes, designs, landing strip, etc. I think totally bald all the time is far too pre-pubescent for my likes. I just don't want to choke on a fuzz ball.

I've started trying hair removal cream down there.. FInd it MUCH better not being hairy but I've had a painful mishap with the cream before... haha TMI

I shave, how much depends on my mood. Sometimes it's bald, other times a little strip or a little on the lips. Other times just trimmed. I tend to prefer mostly shaved on myself, and well haven't had any complaints with any of my variations. On a partner, I prefer at least trimmed. I don't really like the wild bush man. Completely shaved is awesome too..

I usually do a mix of shaving and hair removal cream. But the other day I was waxing my legs (and just about to spend 6 days away from home) so decided to try and wax instead and I didn't think it hurt that much at all really. Sucked a bit though coz most of the hair wouldn't come off. So it's *kinda* put me off doing it myself, but made me wanna go and get it done professionally.

You should definitely get it done professionally. I love it! And no, it doesn't hurt as much as everyone thinks it would.

For a partner it doesn't really matter too much as long as they are neatly groomed. As for myself, I like to mix it up. I usually shave along the bikini line and keep the rest trimmed short, but occassionally I shave everything or make designs. I like the feeling of being smooth, just not the itchiness and razor burn that usually follows. If I could afford it, I'd just get waxed all the time. I think when school it over and I get my full time job I just might look into it.

Shaved or waxed is my personal preference, but as long as it's not long and wild I could care less. Cleanliness is by far the most important quality though.

Oh, I forgot about the partner bit. I'd rather they just stayed trimmed really. I slept with a boy who'd shaved once and he was a bit stubbly and it just irritated me. Same with when I was seeing Ria really, it just aggravated my ladybits

I've been shaving for years.. I can't stand any hair down there on myself. It's itchy and annoying, and IMO ugly. I don't think I could wax that area.. it sounds way too painful!

On a guy I prefer trimmed or shaved, but I don't care too much as long as there isn't a fro down there, and as long as I don't get pubes in my mouth.

I either deal with the knicker line, or I shave completely. I can never be bothered with anything inbetween. And I only shave if the BF asks me to.

As for guys, like with the all the "perfect" threads, I really couldn't care less. Sometimes doing somethign difference can be fun, but I woud loose no sleep if the bf turned around and said "I dont' want to."

I prefer to keep myself shaved. Since i keep it up I really don't seem to have any irratation there at all. So yeah, bare is the way to go.

I actually waxed myself a few weeks ago... I dont recommend this, as you can't fake yourself out.

For my playthings I like well trimmed or bare.. for two reasons, 1. my tidbits don't get irratated from the friction. 2. no hair to get in the way while entertaining myself.

In saying that it is also fun to shave it all off once in a while, but i'd only do that if i was with someone just for a change. no point in shaving if noones gonna see it lol that and it itches lol

I tried home waxing. It went wrong (twice).
I tried hair removal cream. It was fine but not as smooth as I had liked.
I tried the natural approach. That's so little upkeep... I like that part.

I generally just trim. I can't be bothered with spending time on all sorts of crap. I mean come on, I cut my own (head!) hair.

lol that reminds me of a time i used hair removal cream on my torso as i was dressing up as a cheerleader (im sure you all remember the photos) I burned my belly button. That was OUCHIES!

Which reminds me of the time you told me to fry my potato cakes in butter. I did, and then butter flew out and burnt my belly button.

But yeah, think I've burnt myself with it before aswell. I did something anyway, it wasn't pleasant.

I like it all different which ways. Just depends on my mood. A little hair down there can be very sexy...

i once screwed a guy who shaved his WHOLE body. apart from his hair. i swear this guy had stubble in places i didnt even realise you could cultivate hair. It was gross. i much prefer natural. Trimming is just curtousy (or however thats spelled) to keep it out of the mouth.

My housemate trims his back hair ... That would be improvement, except he does it with an electric razor and then elaves the razor on the toilet seat. That, and he makes a complete mess of it, so it looks awlful as well as being wierdly rough and spiky.

I definitely like it nice, smooth and hairless for me and my girl. Although a little trimmed hair doesn't bother me.

Everyone I know who bothers has burnt themselves with hair removal cream. It's just not worth the bother.

Body hair isn't a flaming crime, I wish people would stop implying it was (not here, I'm on an 'I hate society' day). I'm no less feminine because I have arm hair, or hair on my back. I resent the implication that it makes me less of a woman. I'm hardly like those wolf-boys you get on freak show TVs.

As for me, I'm a long and wild type. I tried shaving a couple of times, and it wasn't comfortable. Especially not when my partner was also shaved. That's just NOT a place I want beard rash!

I don't shave anything at all, and a little pubic hair never really hurt anybody. Maybe got caught in the occasional teeth, maybe tickled a little, but in my opinion, it's just not that big of a deal. And this way, I don't have to worry about burning myself with creams, what kind of conditioner/cream/shampoo/whatever to use, cutting myself on accident, buying anything at all for it, being prickly, or those awful red bumps I used to get in my armpits when I shaved and used deodorant. My partners are free to do whatever they want, bodies is bodies and I like them hairy or not.
