Not being male, I can't
Posted on August 30, 2008, 2:55 pmNot being male, I can't really help, but I think (unless you're super tiny) they are very attractive. As long as the jewellery fits.
One of the blokes will be able to give you more useful advice, I'm sure!
`'Tis some visitor,' I muttered, `tapping at my chamber door -
Only this, and nothing more.'

gspot71, your profile lists
Posted on August 31, 2008, 4:30 amgspot71, your profile lists you as 17, so at the moment I would say any genital piercing is out until you reach 18. You really don't want to mess with either self piercing or a dodgy piercer that will pierce under age people.
However once you reach 18 a frenum is a great piercing to get. I would say though that the frenum does have a higher risk of ripping out compared to something like a PA.

I had a frenum- lost it to
Posted on August 31, 2008, 10:08 amI had a frenum- lost it to migration. It was a very easy piercing, except for the mental aspect. I how have a PA. The PA is a more intense piercing mentally. I was one of the lucky ones that the actual piercing wasn't bad, but I was a bleeder. If you want a frenum then go for it, but if you're avoiding getting something else think it through.

My PA was less painful than
Posted on September 9, 2008, 5:30 amMy PA was less painful than my frenum. The frenum was still not that much more intense pain, my foreskin is so soft and thin , the needle went through fast and easy. I wish the piercer would have gone through a little deeper, as worried about migration if I try to go a bigger gauge. A frenum is less intrusive in sight and for oral. The healing time is minimal compared to an Amp or PA. You still have the pulling sensation when having sex, but not as intense as the PA. I dont remember much bleeding with the frenum. My PA bled a lot.

Lets get nude, dude!

As a "bloke," I might be
Posted on September 12, 2008, 8:09 amAs a "bloke," I might be able to offer you some advice. Personally, I've had 5 dydoes, 7 or 8 frenums, a reverse frenum, an apadravya, and a midshaft apadravya.
There are 2-3 reasons to get a genital piercing for a guy. The first is functionality, improving sex for your significant other or yourself. The second is the artistry...what makes you feel more attractive? The third is a mishmash of purposes....just how much pain can you take, just how weird can you make your junk look, will taking a needle to the nuts make you feel more manly? The last is basically a different kind of fetish, and I can't help you there, not much at least. It's not my itch. Functional or aesthetically pleasing is more my gig.
Dydoes look very cool! Just based on appearance, they're my favorite piercing. The sad truth is that the body generally wants to reject them and they remain aggravated while in your body.
Frenums, the sweet little toys you asked about...a number of posters on this site have had frenum ladders. They seem to make several guys happy, but I've yet to hear a woman post about the joys of sexual intimacy with a frenumed lover. I suspect they might receive more accolades if male and female lovers were to spoon. I still keep one frenum for personal reasons. Once healed, they're really comfortable.
Apadravyas, though, are the money maker if you're after function. The principal apadravya, right through the head of your penis, will hurt for 3-5 seconds, and you won't want anyone to touch it for months.
Way worth it, though.

Posted on September 14, 2008, 7:44 pmI dunno, I thought your frenums were pretty damn cool when you had them all in. I agree with the spooning comment, though- it would make them more effective.
Quite personally, just the sight of your frenum ladder turned me on, and as you know, the essence of suggestion can enhance the sexual experience in many subtle, yet powerful ways.
