I started with a PA years back and I was soon hooked. I also liked the idea of multiples, but I decided to start a Scrotal ladder instead. My piercer, at Infinite in Philly, suggested starting at the top, Lorum and working down. That was the project idea, though actual procedure was starting at the lower rings and piercing up. Think a ladder with 11 rungs, Lorum being #0, the 1st Scrotal being #1. In my 1st sitting, because I am such a baby, he suggested only doing 2. My next sitting about 2 months later, we also did 2. About the 3rd visit we decided to try 3 (the most he suggests in on sitting). I was too stressed out to ever try 3 again... pretty much I'm a wuss.

I ended up with 11 rings on my Scrotal ladder in the end. I then decided to venture into Frenums, of which I had 3 but they were placed low on my shaft, just above my Lorum.
I have since lost all of mine, except for 2ga PA, due to removal for un-related surgury. Both my Wife & I miss the Scrotals most of all. I plan on starting again soon.

I am hopefully going to have a frenum ladder myself whether Iam going to start from bottom or top not sure at the moment but I most certain I will start from top. I have also thought of sex/masturbastion myself. I am getting reverse PA first and others to follow. I had a problem with my fisrt PA 2 years ago went a bit yellowie but this time going to a better prof on hygiene which more important.I will probably go for 10 guage myself on frenum ladder and they are easier to do I have been told, but when I had my first pa day after wanted more.Anyway have not given you much information I would like to give you more but after next week I will know more.I would myself go for 3 at a time. my frenum is a littel difrent i got it on the top side not on the bottom i have never seen pics of one like that but the guy who did it said his was once on the bottom and he thougt it would look better on top and moved it this guy is a pro piercer by the way and he and his girl liked it better that way and i think mine is sweeter than those on the bottom but that is probly a little byssed opanion too so no offense my wife realy likes it there it hits the clit better she says and with the type of clit hood piercing she has the piercings kida rub on eachother so realy good so that is somthing to think about get it on the top instead

LOL. Sorry, about the punctuation keys. Yes that is what I mean, but if its not a frenum then what the hell is it? Why when I asked for a frenum this is what I got? Why did the guy who did it say it was a frenum and that his was teh same way? You or anyone else probly wont know the answer but I like it there so i dont care what it is called.

bmezine wiki has an "on top" picture under the frenum piercing page, but it's labelled as a "transverse dorsal shaft piercing". Transverse means across the shaft, dorsal is down the mid-line and shaft is self-explanitory. I'm not sure what else you'd call it other than that, or a frenum piercing.

I saw the BME entry, but it's a wiki so take it w/ a grain of salt. Your frenum is a distinct piece of your penis, so unless a piercing is going through the frenum, it's not a frenum piercing. I'm going w/ transverse dorsal

ok i get it yeah u r right. i didnt realy know that the frenum was a part at least before i heard of the piercng. I will get some pics of it up soon. Right now the only barbell i have for it here in the desert is a clear retainer. I would rather post pics when i get the ring to all the way around i should arrive this week.

I got my ring the other day and put it in but i ordered it too small. I can tell cause i popped the capvite beed out. Dose any one know how and where I should mesure myself so that a ring to go all the way around me and fits snugly not tight like that one was? I did order a new barbell for it though, i got a rattel bell i hope it works as well as it sounds. It is suposed to be a vibrator without batteries (i probly spelled that wrong) I will post pics when that arives, and try again latter with the ring to go around, once i know how to mesure it right. If anyone knows how it would be welcome info.

What size ring have you recevied? but dont forget to allow when it gets hard there is a tool for measuring the diameter of your penis head.Could always ask the piercer to measure it for you. Is this any help.
