ive tried researching online, looking around here (maybe im not looking here good enough, i did look at many pages of topics searching), all i found was 1 site not in any way related to piercing saying it wasnt recommended, so im not exactly going to trust their opinion. anyway...i was hoping to get at least a frenum ladder started by the end of the year to compliment my PA, but would my being cut become an issue, due to less skin in the area?

this may be different from shop to shop but i figure i may as well try. how does cost figure into multiple piercings at once? as in...lets say a piercing itself is $5 and jewelry is $3 (i wish). the first would be 8, would the second be 11, or 16?

I'm afraid I can't help with

Posted on November 6, 2008, 3:12 am

I'm afraid I can't help with prices, being British an' all, but there should be no problems with presence or absence of foreskin. Most of the photos I've seen here of ladders have been cut, but I've seen plenty elsewhere that aren't. It may mke a slight difference to the placement of the rung nearest the head, but that is something your piercer will need to look at.

I've never had multiple piercings at once, and some shops (including one I really like) will have a limit of 3/4 at once. Partly so you aren't under too much stress, at the time and whilst healing, but also because it's only Juke, and he finds he needs a break because he doesn't want his concentration slipping. Another shop I like says it depends on the person and types. He won't do a helix on either side, but is quite happy with doing 8+ on a ladder. Generally he charges for jewellry, and time. So it's about £30 a half hour, £10 per bar, the first two or three will only be £10-£20 more than one would be.

`'Tis some visitor,' I muttered, `tapping at my chamber door -
Only this, and nothing more.'

Being cut does not matter,

Posted on November 6, 2008, 10:02 am

Being cut does not matter, it might make it easier. Each frenum is an individual piercing and would be treated as such. The price usually is for the piercing and the initial jewelry and you may get a discount for doing multiple frenums. Find a qualified shop in your area and talk to them. I have a nine rung ladder and at $8.00 lol a piercing I would have been a happy camper.

I'd get the barbells right away...better for healing in that area

I'd recommend the straight

Posted on November 7, 2008, 10:06 pm

I'd recommend the straight barbells until healed, as well.
The curved barbell will get caught on stuff. A captive bead might be OK, but I'd put off anything, but the straight barbell, until healed.

cool, i was planning to keep with the straight barbells anyway.

i was planning to wait until maybe mid-late december to get it done, but all this talk makes me want to go and get it pretty quickly...theres plenty of time, dont need to do anything rash..

oh yea, what gauge are they generally pierced at?
