the piercer just said for me
Posted on November 25, 2008, 6:38 pmthe piercer just said for me to use some anti bacterial soap. and he said for me to do it 3x a day, but i've been doing it only 2x. it's my whole nose that's dry.
So if you're asking me I want you to know
When my time comes
Forget the wrong that I've done
Help me leave behind some reasons to be missed
And don't resent me
And when you're feeling empty
Keep me in your memory
Leave out all the rest

I'd cut back to washing only
Posted on November 27, 2008, 8:02 pmI'd cut back to washing only once, in the shower. You really don't need to wash it any more than that. Also, what antibacterial soap are you using? I highly recommend a soap like Satin or Provon. They are very gentle and a much better antibacterial soap than regular soaps.
I ride a motorcycle. That means I'm cooler than you!

i looked everywhere for
Posted on November 27, 2008, 9:09 pmi looked everywhere for Satin or Provon, and when I couldn't find it my piercer said for me to use Dial. He also told me to wash it 3x a day, and i only wash it 2x.

Dial is too harsh. You can
Posted on November 27, 2008, 10:11 pmDial is too harsh. You can order Satin or Provon here. If you just can't do that, consider diluting the soap you use by at least 2/3.
It's important to keep the piercing moisturized. Dab a tiny bit of oil--almond, jojoba, and even olive work well around the the holes.
