If you want his feet in, I'd just do a quick Google Image search for "Alucard" or "Alucard Hellsing" and print off a copy of what you've got and another which shows his feet/boots. Let your tattoo artist know that its the profile you want, but you want his feet added in too, and show the pic with these in view. Your tattoo artist (providing he/she is a decent one!) will take your images and trace the profile, but add the feet to the pic and show you it to see if its what you're after. They'll also make additions/changes based on your suggestions.

You could always amend your pic in photoshop or something so that its a black profile on a white background to make it easier to trace.

Most tattooists near me will draw a sketch for you for free before you commit to anything, so you can take it away and think about it. Once you've decided on a size, they may be able to suggest a good position for it, especially if its somewhere you want to be able to hide.
