And so, after experiencing 6g rings in both my nipples these past 4 weeks, I've finally decided.....

.....to switch them out for 6g barbells instead.

At first, the stretch to this gauge alarmed me a bit. I feared that I was asking too much of my nips and risked migration. But after I've accustomed myself to the larger gauge, I decided that right now the problem was with the type of jewelry (rings), and not the gauge. The weight of the rings was interesting to experience, but it was the swinging around of them all day that became a bother. For me, a guy that grew up with no nipple definition at all, just being able to enlarge them to hold a 6g piercing is a thrill. And they're still super-sensitive to play with anyway, whether the jewelry is barbells or rings.

Hmm...perhaps now shields are a possibility...anyone ever wear them?
