Bend it like a curved barbell or like one of the more intricate industrial barbells? I would ask your piercer to customize any jewelry you may need if you are unsure of size.

My piercing studio is great at doing piercings and is super friendly and professional, I have had all but one piercing done here and I will go no were else from now on. However, their selection of jewelry is not large and they are the largest in the area. They have standard lengths and gauges but no special finishes, colors, or sizes and special orders take at least 1 month, if not more, with prices higher than Tribalectic. They did help me with the "ring", for my now x, but they didn't have the size that I actually needed. I had to buy 1/4th" diameter up which wasn't comfortable to me due to excess movement. She ended up loving the larger diameter but not my "immature sense of humor" lol.
As a template I was thinking of using 10 gauge metal wire or some sort of plastic tubing equivalence. End result will be similar to an S with the bottom curving forward making the 1/2" ball cover the urethral opening and the top curving back so the other 1/2" ball is just behind the glans with captive ring attached to the top ball looping around like a frenum ring. Basically a long straight barbell with one captive ring end that i will bend a bit.
