Posted on October 27, 2008, 2:21 pmThat's a question for your piercer. Everybody's anatomy is different, its something they'll determine in person. They can determine what size is best for you.

Posted on October 27, 2008, 6:42 pmI healed one of my inner conches with a cbr, and it was a pain in the butt, it was always in the way. I healed the other with a flatback, and it was MUCH easier, and I've since changed the other one to match. I've found it's tough to find the perfect length, but so worth it.

Posted on October 28, 2008, 7:34 pmI did my conch myself with a 14g CBR... and let it heal with that. It was a pain in the ass but I didn't want a horse shoe in in.
Now since it's (mostly) healed, I have a curved barbel in it. When I went to my piercer he said normally about a 3/4in so it has room to move and everything.
Again, I have to agree with Dariattack, ask your piercer for the size. everyone has different ears, and all piercers have different advice.

I had my inner conch done
Posted on October 30, 2008, 3:17 amI had my inner conch done with a 14g barbell, healed really well. I wouldn't personally recommend CBRs as when my conch had healed, I tried one in it and when I slept on it it irritated the piercing SO much.
