thanks, i'm kinda at a standstill healing. Doing salt soaks but not improving. Still hurt if I pull my bra or shirt off too quickly.

Mine did that for a few weeks. I just kept up with the sss and did some compresses to help. Baby them like crazy and they will stop hurting.

Do not change jewelry until they are COMPLETELY healed. That means, when you think they are healed, then wait another 6 months. Eye-wink

Even small ones-like the spider web? Why couldn't I just leave them in? In the daytime my bra would protect them. I'm not arguing with anyone who knows - just asking. I will listen to advice.

Nipples piercings are real sensitive. I don't know of anyone who wears shields on a constant basis. Maybe after years of toughening up it would be all right.

You can always try it and let us know. I wouldn't try for at least a year, though.

I would think that shields, by their very nature, would put a slight amount of pressure on the jewelry that holds them in place, and if worn full time could ultimately lead to migration/rejection.

Unless you are at a topless beach or riding your Hog minus a top at Sturgis, why would you want to wear shields full time.
