Sounds like this could be a skin bridge. It can be a side effect of circumcision.

My bf has a hole at the base of the head, but that's obviously from where the knot went through when he was circumsized. It sounds like a skin bridge: I have a friend whose got on in her knickers from a cackhanded nurse who sewed her up after a baby. Although I'm a little confused as to how it ended up halfway up the shaft. :s

I concur that this is most probably a skin bridge left over from your mutilation as a baby.

Could be a very high and tight circumcision, which has meant that the scar area (Which is the most likely place for bridges to occur) would be quite far down the shaft.

I have one, but it never occured to me to put bling in it.

I can't get a taper through it.

Bet my piercer can fix that, though.

i finally found an article on it online... its called a 'circumcision bridge piercing' interesting at least i dont have to get it pierced and go thru the pain...is it safe to wear a ring in there? apparently according to the article it is..i just dont want the skin to rip out..its pretty thin skin but so is the clitoral hood..
