Bilateral nipples question

Okay girls and boys - I have FINALLY gotten my nipples pierced. I can not explain the love I have for them. It goes beyond words. I had them done diagnally uLove. I posted a pix on my profile, waiting for it to be approved, so check on it. They look GREAT! I digress, anyway, the right one is very VERY sore and of course hurt twice as bad piercing than the left one did. I SSS them and satin washed them last night and am getting ready to do the same in about 5 minutes. I wore a bra to bed last night and still have NO pain in the left, but the right is still really sore. Dumb question- is this normal for one side to be WAY more painful than the other? I'm probably just over reacting, but just wanted the knowledge of my fellow tribers for reassurance. Thanks. uHello

My right side hurt a LOT more than my left. It stopped being sore within a few days. I wore a bra to bed for the first 3 weeks, ibuprofen, sss,satin wash and lots of TLC.

beware the bathroom trolls.....cuz' they steal your Bad Words

I have both of mine pierced vert and horiz. I have a very high pain tolerance so mine never really hurt. EXCEPT when I was stupid and when carrying a lazy mans load I slipped and fell three steps down and landed with my fist on a nipple. That is like hitting it with a 250 pound hammer. Lots of soaks and it still is sore.
Now back to kk, without seeing the photo I will say that they will look super as does the rest of your photos.
Keep up with your healing as it does take time to get over being sore.

I actually felt better today after SSS and just walking around topless while I did my hair and all. I always forget how much new piercings hurt the first few days. It's like torture, but SOOO worth it. Thanks for the compliment DC. I do appreciate it.

I think it's probably not unusual to have one hurt more, just like one boob is usually bigger, the second one hurts more, etc.

Congratulations--can't wait to see the pics!

Congratulations kk!! Mine are my favorite piercing. My right was the second one pierced. It bled like nobody's business and hurt worse than the left. Now also, they get a tad pissy around that time of the month, and the right still gets pissier than the left.

You should have seen your face when I said "I sell drugs for a living."

Yes! They do look as good as I thought they would. Happy healing. Being pierced on a bias is an interesting idea and few are done that way.

do your recommend a regular bra or a sports bra for protection?

My wife wore a sport bra and put nursing pads in it for a few days for padding against the things that go bump.
