anti-helix question

i got my anti-helix done about a month ago and it was doing really good, and was a really healthy piercing.....until i got punched repeatedly in the ear. it was the only piercing effected by the beating. i crusts blood once a day about, should i take it out? or just leave it in and baby it?

ok so ive been babying it. and its okay as far as bleeding and crusties and whatnot. but i seem to have formed absess's on both sides of the piercings. they arent large, but they are there. what do i do about this?
